Weekly Open Gym

Our Open Gym time is a great opportunity to practice your skills or just try out some of the equipment. This is an unstructured, coach supervised time to explore our gym space. Registration will open on Tuesdays at 9am for the current scheduled week.

Cards are $25 for 3 Open Gyms. Cards are available at the front desk.

6 Pack Punch Pass

Cards are $50 each for 6 Open Gyms. Which means you buy 5 and get 1 free! Cards are available at the front desk.

REMAX PREFERRED CHOICE GYMNASIUM


As a non profit, we lease space within the Border Paving Athletic Centre from the City of Spruce Grove. The REMAX PREFERRED CHOICE GYMNASIUM is over 17,000 square feet with professional gymnastics equipment. We also have a dedicated playschool room and additional program rooms!

Playschool Room

Our dedicated playschool room is located in the qualico kids zone. Equipped with a kitchen area, kids washrooms, boot room and huge play area surrounded by windows.

Love, love, love this place.

I started going to this gym at their old location and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there (when I was much, much younger).

Fast forward 20 years and my daughter and I started going when she was about 13 months at their new location in spruce grove.

We initially started going for their drop in program (which is FANTASTIC) especially for moms looking to get their littles out of the house and play.

We then joined their recreational programs (September will be our second season) and my daughter, now 3, is hooked.

She asks all the time when she can go to gymnastics and cannot wait to start again.

The teachers are knowledgeable, engaged and wonderful at what they do. The gym is clean, organized and runs a great program. I’m hoping my daughter can go to playschool here as well as I’ve heard so many good things about that as well.

Just had the Birthday Party for my 4 year old at Aerials Gymnastics.

Amazing amazing! The service was incredible.

The coaches were fabulous and kept the kids safe while having loads of fun (these were all young kids and they did a great job).

I also had to reschedule the first party as my daughter got sick and they were very understanding and accommodating.

I will do this again for future birthdays. If you want a great indoor facility for a party this is a great choice hands-down.
